i want to know why my pizzadox trainer says you get unlimated helth and ammo but any thing that can kill you with one hit can still kill you and only your primary wepons are inf 🤔 🤔 🤔 🤔 🤔 🤔 plz plz tell me?

only 1 idea maybe they forgot to put in primary weapons only other then that i am clueless
