i can not save the notepad to get the cheats it says that the file name is not correct help me please

I was having the exact same problem only yesterday! Here's how I fixed it. I think it's got something to do with Vista's bloody User Account Control or something.

1. MOVE the HitmanContracts.ini file to your desktop.
2. Enter the 'EnableConsole 1' and 'EnableCheats 1' on seperate lines, and save it.
3. Move the .ini file back to where it was. Vista will ask you to cancel/allow and all that crap.

Now it should work!

ok i did what you said and got it to save but the console wont come up i have used all the button combos but nothing help me again plz
