my spikan has 420 HP 360 ATK and 280 DEF but all the meters wont go up HELP

oh thank you!, fist you need to find the sigma cube under a tree in kollins park then you get a card out place it over the touch screen and touch the holes in the card in order a number will be by the holes 7 holes in all. just post back if not understanding. ok

put in in an incubator for a while so it can evolve

P.S. nothing is wrong with your spectrobe, after it evolves you can raise its stats again.
