Hi this is going to sound real stupid but i accidently deleted my gta vice city stories file for ps2 becoz i thought it was gta vice city so i need your help on a mission please. The mission I am stuck on again is 'Papi Don't Screech',I just can't hack it

After you get past the first cholo you can drive a bit faster and his heart rate will go down then increase your speed each time and the cholo`s will be fliping out for some reason they can easily follow a speeding car but a car that is going a bit faster than a car that is going around the same speed as everyother car is hard for them to follow i played the level over and over the same way and it worked every time
