Is there any way to keep the looks of your existing character but then start the game over with the same look of your old character? I've tried and tried and tried to create a new character that looks exactly like the guy I beat the game with but I just can't do it. I really could use some help making him exactly the same as he was before.

Well, the best way would've been for you to make a save during the tutorial, this way at the end you could change basically everything about your guy/girl. How do it it after, I dunno.

If you become an vampire you get 20 or something like that years older, but I don't know if you get younger when you cure vampirism.

Yea, there are thousands of mods out there that changes the transformation setting for becoming a vampire. As for getting your original look back after you cure vampirism, that would be a yes. You will look exactly as you did before you ever became a vampire.
