Is to go to the Industrial Chop Shop Dock and go back and forth between the docks and garage fighting the gang there,the Industrial Chop Shop Dock is easier to get to by floatplane, you should only go there to fight that gang if the dock isn't unlocked to you yet, that way you can keep fighting them, watchout for chainsaws they'll and keep your gang heat low or your fronts well suffer, you can get millions in drugs and money going back and forth between the docks and garage at the Industrial Chop Shop Dock I noticed, well that's how I get my points or money that is!..
