New patch means new trainers, old addresses are no longer the same so old trainers dont work.
BUT! on a better note, the patch rocks
You can buy better armor from traders, traders get updated, things you sell stay there( no more selling your prized possesions by mistake).

Either wait for it to be updated or update it yourself. If you got Unlimited, the person in charge of it will [probably] update it
