Well thank god for that and i know what im talking about and well Starforce is Spyware ! it f k's up your computer big time and stays around after you remove the game just so it can continue to f k up your computer witch obviously, was its main directive all along.

That aint really spyware ^^ more of a rootkit.
It installs ring-0 drivers (the highest privilege any driver can get), which may really mess up your computer if anything is wrong (seen from the drivers "point of view".
Any bug in the SF driver (and there are quite a few...) may cause severe slowdowns and even system crashes.
I do not endorse the use of cracks, but in the case where a game uses StarForce, it might be saving your PC if you do.

Oh and BTW, I think the russian edition of the game uses StarForce, although I'm not sure
(Since the publishers decide what copy protection the game is going to use it might differ between the editions)

StarForce is only on russian version because there is another publisher.
European / English Version will be protected by SecuRom 7
