It shouldn't have compatability issues, but if it does, you can tell the computer to run the exe under XP emulation.

Well u see i can run the game but when i press "new game" and the vid starts the screen goes black and i can only hear the sound, any ideas?

It's not working for me. When I start up the game and go alt tab the trainer disappears. When I start it up after the game is running the trainer becomes black.

Right click your game shortcut and select "Run as administrator."
