when looking at the tuningchops there are 3 brands i can't find RUF, Edonis and Lexus I found the Lexus garage, but there's no marker to get in????????? know more about this?

Pretty sure those are cars that will be downloadable once the game is out. They probaly have to be purchased and downloaded prior to getting in-game access to them.

the mega pack adds many cars like lexus edonis ruff and many of existing brands in the game like mclaren

In my opinion the best car in the game is the McLaren F1 GT. It comes with the megapack. Also with the megapack comes the Edonis, Lexus and others, plus some showrooms.
