As Chingy would keep saying "Get a tuner".

I can give you some performance tips for drifting...
Set your Suspension to Oversteer, wheels to normal, or full drift, NOS to Duration and Turbo to High RPM...
For more detailled advice, ask Chingy, the REAL DK (Drift King). You will see him often posting on these boards...

well, getting familiar with the drifting mechanism is the imperative thing. The mechanism pushes your cars sensitivity level right out the window - its almost 200% more responsive in drift modes than in regular street racing modes. I wouldn't jump the gun and go straight for the canyon drifts firstly. Everyone needs to learn the basics first - on the drift TRACKS. Canyons are for the big boys only.
How do you get familiar? Well it isnt a cut-and-dry situation. There are many factors involved in getting a good score on drifting. Tuning is one. Here is the recommended setup for drifting. When purchasing performance mods, set the mods on these settings:
Engine - Set it on full torque
Transmission - full acceleration
Suspension - full oversteer
NOS - full velocity
Tires - Drift
Brakes - Evenly biased (middle)
Turbo - middle
Now, select a tier 2 tuner and set it up with these settings. In quick race mode, select Kimei Temple drift track in the downtown section. Then choose your tier 2 tuner in car select.
Now, you need to get a feel of the car when all the physics are thrown out of whack. Start off, and use NOS to propel yourself into the blue "speed bonus" zone. Aim for an overall score of 25,000. Then go for 50,000 , then 75,000 etc. Once you acheive 250,000 , you're all set for the canyon. the canyon works on the same principles of the tracks, with the exceptions of no bonus zones, a narrower and more difficult line to find and jutting rocks. These canyons are definitely no cake-walk, so its imperative that you focus on the tracks first.
Hope this helped

thanks
Man, he sooo helps in drifting...
Shadow369 didn't need advice, so that is where I get my preformance tips from...
Although, I'll try recommending a few Tier 3 cars you could use:
Corvette
Dodge Challenger (maybe)
Lamborgini Gallardo
Mutsubishi Lance Evo
Subaru
I'd recommend highly the first three on the list.
For the best drift results? Those three wouldn't make the cut. These WOULD, however:
Dodge Viper
Murcielago LP640
Audi Le Mans Quattro
These are my personal best drift cars. Dodge Viper is the current record holder at 14,420,599. Quite a feat i must say...

I never post for general...
When I post a suggestion it is usually what works for me, or Shadow369...
And I'm so lucky you didn't treat that as a reject...
I've been corrected by you like 1 bill, but rejected? Zero
And 14 million points?! If someone else said that I'd call em a liar
