I found that trainer. Here it is at Cyberman
'Operation Flashpoint/Red Hammer/Resistance' +1 trainer, V 1.07, 02.07.2002

You will need to click on the menu up the top of the page then files.
This trainer works from version 1.07 up. And i have 1.46 and works well.
You need to start the game first then the trainer. If you dont get the green icon when you start up the trainer and the run button dosent work you will need to alt tab between the trainer and the game. The run button wasnt enable for me but when i did the alt tab it worked.
