no sorry i dont know how to fix it. but the person whom you bought it from could have just copied it and sold it. so it could be a pirated version even though that person said it was "brand new" or "used"

Reinstall it. If the files on it are corrupted, the game auto-kills everyone you have.

u know the trainer right, dl that and if the god mode can protect u againist that then your safe, otherwise, u will need a new graphic driver
