Watch the training video of agility under the gang dossiers in the options menu. There's a bar beside all the stats, it's in the vidoes of the other stats as well but it's full and glowing in the one for agility. Does that mean there's a higher upgrade after you get 4 stars and max each skill out? If anyone gets master agent please lemme know.

There isn't, once you get 4 stars and get your skill to go past 99 it turns into a -- and the skill is locked. It cannot increase or decrease.

but arn't you supposed to be able to jump 50 feet? 4stars in Agility only allows you to jump 30(i believe

Nope that was just a rumor, I just got master agent. A lot of promises werent kept such as being able to upgrade ANY car with 4 star driving.

but you can upgrade some cars? the agency cars i presume?

Yeah, just got master agent myself. What a let down man. I guess the bar beside the stats in the video was just pre-release. Maybe they'll add something later with the dl option. Anyone know if there is a way to start over without changing your save file? Kinda sux just having random mobs around.

Hhm, I know that it doesn't go past 4 stars in the demo, but who knows what the full one goes up to?
