In Frozen Altars, there's this glide you have to take to get to all these jems, but i've been trying it for the last hour, and I just can't get to the other side! Can someone please help?

I did this too, just last night. What you need to do is go up to the big temple. To get there freeze the rhynoc that is throwing stuff at you and jump on him and then jump onto the temple. then simply glide across to the island with the two gems on it.
