Could somone help me with install this skill editor, explain like to a brainded child.

I've tested to read it in the tankviewer but it tells me that it's some kind of error, somethong is wrong with the ITANK section.

I had the same problem.
Here's what i did:
open tankviewer.exe
load "******.ds2party from your savegame directory.
make a new folder on the desktop named DS2SAV (or something else)
extract all the files you see after opening ******.ds2party to DS2SAV.
run DS2SGE.exe (the editor)
when it asks for the savegame directory, load DS2SAV folder.
member_0 is your character. member_1 is your first party member etc...
After modifying just save your characters one by one and press "create a new tank file".
replace the new tank with the old one and see the result.

Anyone know how to make this work in Vista Ultimate? I created a Manifest file for it requesting full privileges, tried setting the compatibility to run as admin, and even set the compatibility to WinXPSP2 - no go....
