I think they should have added cheats Eternal. Look at GTA. Gotta admit it's pretty BA spawning a Rhino whenever you want. Maybe only allow cheats to be used once you have beat the game on all diff settings?

Take the Super-car to Los Muertos and just run over gang members until a hit squad comes after you. Repeat this process until you have maxed out your stats.

ye its a bit bad i mean, there was like pages long cheats for san andreas i mean it just gets sadder with cheats!
