wat part of the game are u at u get the flippers later in the game just befor u get the fourth element.

I had some help from a friend. thanx thoug. i still want those flippers but from what u said i wont get them till much later. im in the fortree of winds searching for the third element that isnt actualy there according to my friend. but i appreciate the help. im terrible at games!
