but like.. when grass hits grass or fire hits fire
it has this like hollow sound and says like not affective or something
try it..
yeah, most of the time attacks used against same-type pokemon arent very effective. but dragons r weak against dragon-type moves and ghosts r weak against ghost-type moves.
so if, say, hydro pump is used against golduck, its not very effective and does something like half damage or very little damage cuz the attack's the same type as the pokemon its used on.
but is u used it on like swampert, then its regular damage cuz swampert's water/GROUND, and ground is weak against water and water is resistant against water, so the damage is nuetral.
but if hydro pump was used on something like ludicolo, water/grass, the damage would b only 1/4 damage cuz both types r resistant to water.
i type too much dont i?
