Anyone else having this problem?
I played for over 2 hours solid today and didnt crash once with the trainer working.
yet i have played without a trainer and its crashed back to desktop in between loading levels

Maybe it is recommended to turn all options off before you change the level. After that you could turn the options on again.

you misread the post, this happens even without the trainer running

You can either upgrade your account to Unlimited or you can wait til Feb 6th like it says.

It worked great for the mexican levels but it started crashing on me once I got into the casino. I'm going to play around with the options and make sure all my drivers are current but my system's pretty robust (4GB ram / 8800GTX blah blah) and the game runs smoothly until it just blinks out to windows, no error message or anything. If it creates a log file, I haven't found it yet.

I get problems in the casino as well. It crashes, but there's worse. At various points, keys will become locked. For example, pressing the LMB to shoot caused the gun to keep on shooting until it was out of ammo (even though I'd only tapped the button). Similarly, I tapped D to go right, but my character kept on going right. Holding down A to go left was the only way that I could keep the guy still.
