For one, you do not need to post 2 topics on the same thing. Why are you angry? May I ask what ship you want to manipulate the settings for?

Do you have any prior knowledge with this sort of thing? I recommend the EaW cheats file on here if you don't, It has the .meg extractor as well as a short FAQ on the subject.
If you do have experience and only read this if you do, then it is in the "file" DATA%XML%SPACEUNITSFIGHTERS.XML You will know how to "get" this file if you read the FAQ. First find the data entry for tie fighters, BE VERY CAREFUL AS THIS IS A SQUADRON UNIT. DO NOT MODIFY ONLY THE SPEED OF THE SQUADRON OR THE INDIVIDUAL FIGHTERS, only health/shields. Do this by using edit->find or something similar. You should go to Behaviors, then type immediately after the last "behavior" SHIELDED(capitalized) It should look like this at the end: NEBULA, SHIELDED (or something close) And make sure there is a space before the < or it will mess it up. Then, Add these also within the "data entry" for the tie fighter unit" however many points you want 90 is good
Mind you, these "tags are already within the data entry so do not add them directly, but rather find these particular tags, they will both be zero to start with. Also you can change the health here, The maximum I recommend is 65535 as anything higher as a (quite small but still there) chance of ruining the unit within the system. If you want infinite, or near infinite health, simply change the shield points to 9999, the health to 9999 and the shield refresh rate to somewhere between 90 and 900. I hoped this helped.

hmm... I didn't realize that the tags I put in there (shift period and shift comma, those carrots)would hide stuff. My computer crashed right after my last post so I didn't get a chance to rectify that.
