I'm on the 3rd map of the good campaign, and cannot extinguish the fires in the elven settlement. No matter how many times the builders throw their buckets of water at the flames they will not go out. Is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong?

Maybe you need some more builders to extinguish the fire. But sometimes,there're some fires that can't extinguish

i dont know if you can actually put out the fires it ony indicates the building health and when you throw water on it a certain amount of times a random builder comes out of no where and starts to repair it then the building is fine
