Spain don't have Ship of the Lines, only france, England, and the Dutch. I have gotten them countless times

Can't you get them by fighting the guy who took your family? I got five ships of the line with my guy this way.

the ship of the line is comes after you after you have continuosly gone after the same country. spain can not have the ship of the line since they have all the galleons and war ship. any other country will have it. i attacked the english at one port repeatedly til one appeared
