You can't get them!! The only way is trading from another pokemon game (aka Ruby or Sapphire). Gosh.

My Accomplishments:

Carbon:
Won Career x3
Done Challenge Series
300k points with Corvette

Nintendogs:
8 dogs
Gotten to Championship for Disc
Star handler

Mario Kart DS:
Finished all races
Done all missions

They are traded from Ruby and Saphire into Coloseum, using a trade link that can trade GBA to Gamecube (or the adaption)
