is there any way that i can increase the population cap
There is kinda, but it dosen't increase the pop cap up or anything, but in Allies they have a supply yard, so just read this:
An allied unit's upkeep is a value that is roughly 2x its population cap cost. A sherman's, for instance, is 16 - ish. (It's actually 15.5 I think but let's say 16 for ease of calculation.).
Building the supply depot reduces this upkeep by 25%. (No, you don't need to buy an upkeep for the first 25% reduction. This reduces the sherman's upkeep to 12(11). Since you can't build shermans without first building supply depot you'll only see the 16 upkeep thingy if the supply yard is destroyed.
Each upgrade reduces the upkeep cost by an additional 25%, so, level 1 = 8 upkeep, level 2 = 4.
Which is pretty low.
Assuming you have 50 population cap used, you have an upkeep of 100 base, and a MP of
170 (270 MP - 50*2)
195 (270-195) with supply depot,
220 (270-50) with level 1 upgrade (220 mp)
245 (270 - 25) with level 2. (245 mp).
It's kind of worth it if you're nearing your population cap AND tend to get large losses, but the level 2 upgrade in particular is more than a little on the expensive side.
Hope it helped?
