Hello.I was wondering if anyone knows a cheat that can grow the star experience in movies for example at horror (And sorry for the bad english)

Probably not. So your gonna have to do it the old way. Keep pushing them at those stages and then keep doing it until your satisfied.

Carbon:
Won Career x3
Done Challenge Series
300k points with Corvette

Nintendogs:
8 dogs
Gotten to Championship for Disc
Star handler

Mario Kart DS:
Finished all races
Done all missions

Sets not Stages, a stage is a set which increases Comedy, but yes, they may be no other way...
