i tried to press ~ again and again to input the cheat but my dammit console still not appear. How can i fix it? anyone can help me?

You probably don't have an english windows like myself, so somtimes you can't press the console key. What you need to do is press Shift key and the two keys (to the left) next to the backspace key. this should bring down the console, and to close it press the same keys again.

that should do it. this work also for games like SW:KotOR

Well, here's my problem: I can't get out of the console. I think I have tried every key on the keyboard... Please help me.

That's strange. I'm guessing you already tried to press the same button again? Maybe It would help if you go to the options menu, then keymapping and press the Restore Deafults key.
Second, have you installd anything else to the game? Like hak pack, mod or UI (user interface)? Also you may want to patch the game if you haven't already.

Well that's what I can think about. you could try do as what I said in my last post, press the Shift key and the two keys to the left of backspace together. But as you are from US and should have an english keyset It may not work, though the tidle key left to the key nr 1 should work as normal.

Sometimes the tilde button is not the one where you see ~.
On certain keyboards it is the button left to it. the button left of backspace, or the tab button. Sometimes you need to have caps or num lock turned on or off.
