What cars are those??..
They might need more specific tuning in some areas.

You see, on some cars the specifications need to be put in almost completely erelevently compared to other cars.

Im mean some cars will even need u to transfer the wieght more to the front because their original wheight ie already too much on the back.

no..... its 4wd cars that are stubborn. the main concept of 4wd drifting is full throttle - it doesn't work otherwise. Unlike rwd cars, its a wax-on/wax-off situation - either you get it or u don't whereas in rwd cars there is no correct way; each car is unique. Imprezas and evos are real pains in the to drift but skylines are fairly simple. weight balance doesn't work in 4wds because all 4 tires need to slip in order to drift. Gearing is the same for rwds and so is the suspension tweaks. its the imprezas and evos that are pretty stubborn but thats about it - except for light cars with 2 much damn power and torque like the slr.

Then stop applying power to the 4w drives as soon as you get sideways just stop, but make sure you are going at a speed of note before you do this or you wont go far.

ive already tried that and it doesnt work.... i have had enough experience with 4wds to conclude that full throttle is the main concept of 4wds and it doesnt work anyhow else.
i am gonna try a much stiffer suspension adjustment to see if that works better....

Also the less slick the tyres the less grip you have.

In other words if you put treaded tyres on you will have less grip and then you will slide alot more!

it helps normally, but these cars are so stubborn that tyres don't seem to affect them that much. It turns out that stiffer suspension did the trick for the evo but the imprezas won't slip an inch . But normally i wud never drift in a 4wd because, lets face it, its not fun!! Rwds are more fun because its a real challenge to control the drifts whereas in many 4wds the whole trick is to actually make them slip! Its a real pain in the and its not really fun when u do it.

wait a second, perhaps ten you should make your suspention as soft as posible, Im not sure... its a wild guess but its an option non the less

hmm... a valid suggestion and i tried it it just made the car super agile and handles much better - a real good trick for racing but the complete opposite for drifting. My le mans cars are really coming around those corners faster than before - thanks a lot! But this suggestion doesn't work for drifting
