Just press "W" then you see that the heal are regenerating,when the healt regenerates you need to KILL ALL and...Whatever

I think what he was trying to say is:

"For those who won the game and see him lying on his death bed, he isn't really dead at that point. Keep pressing "W" and his health will be regenerating until he is able to stand up. Then you have to kill all the bad guys in the area."

Some people just don't speak english all that well, no reason to laugh about it.

Well i thought it was obvious when she stabbed 47 in the neck with the syringe, i thought what a ***** but when i thought about it i remembered when in one mission you had to inject someone with that stuff that makes you SEEM dead and then put something on their lips to wake them i realised that when she put that "LIPSTISK" on, she did the same thing to 47 as with the other agent.
