ok vegetta......i uninstalled and reinstalled it but it still doesnt have the resources folder, i do the express install so am i supposed to do the regular install?? 🤔 🤔 🤔 🤔

O.K. Try the regular install. The resources folder has to be installed in "microsoft games-->dungeon siege2" folder by default. However it is weird that you can't find it. I have installed/uninstalled the game a couple of times and resources folder is there.
