Hello all, I tried your hints and found most of them satisfactory except for the one about how to get the power ring. I talked to Mermaid man wearing a hall monitor badge and all he said was "Are you the TV repairman?" Then I checked my item belt and there was no power ring, the only way I can get the power ring is by entering that code, so I guess what my question is is am I forgetting to do something after I put on the utility belt? 🤔
