Here's the reason why I'm having this problem:
What appears to be super handling/acceleration is actually something else entirely.
The down-force on the car, when used, would be greater then normal.
Imagine having a force 5-10x greater pushing down on the car.
The wheels stick insanely better, giving Insane grip/acceleration/handling.
The problem occurs when a car that has high aerodynamics already (i.e. some Tier Three cars).
The down-force on the car becomes so great that the car bottom actually drags on the ground, causing very awkward speeding/slowing movements.
Solution: make this part of the code "open source", so it can be used for Tier Three cars, or low ground clearance cars, or have an adjustable modifier for Super Handling/Acceleration, so if a car already has high aerodynamics (i.e. Porsche Carrera GT,) the Super Handling/Acceleration could be lessened.
