I downloaded the trainer, but it looks like my antivirus doesn't like it. Has anyone actually used this trainer and can they verify it isn't a trojan?

I scanned it with 16 different antivirus/antispyware apps and it came up clean. It just throws off those that have high heuristic settings. All trainers have to watch and modify the memory of other programs... some antivirus apps see this as a 'possible trojan'. McAfee is the worst about it.
