Cheat Console in Game isn't working !!!

Has anyone experienced this?

I've edited the HitmanBloodMoney.ini as described on this site:

EnableCheats

or on other sites:

EnableCheats 1
EnableConsole 1

When I start the game I'can't call up the cheat menu.

Now I just now updated to version 1.2, it was working fine in 1.1. Did they remove the cheat menu ?

This happened to me to after modifying the .ini file but it dosen't respond
