In a 1 vs. 1 fight, with the two players starting at opposite ends of the map, sniper would win. the droideka, even with shields up, cant take more than 4 hits from a sniper's rifle. Even less if you have an upgraded sniper rifle. A good sniper can even hit a droideka and take it out with 2 shots (1 with upgraded rifle) rolling at sprint speed.
