Hi all, I was just wondering if it's possible to change values with the modtool and keep the cpu side from using the modifications? While I think it's hilarious to have unlimited squads of 20 terminators each with a heavy bolter, it does make it a bit less funny when the cpu shows up with the same thing, heh.

Nope, sorry.

All you can basicly do is make sure they arent your squad by not picking random on the selection screen.

If you constantly choose a differant race to play as, you can setup .modules with corsix's tool in order to just load that one race...
