i got every single requirement to install the game and it makes laggy sounds when it was starting to install thanks in advance: P.S. i played this game before but it froze and uninstalled automatically and i didnt beat it

Try to reinstall it. If you have the minimum requirements then you won't face problems. Make a backup of your saved games before uninstalling the game, so you don't lose your character.
