I am having a glich caused by mods, the glich is that veriouse things in the game dissapear. such as 1 of the doors in windstone fortress:
which makes it so I cant go into room (room doesnt laod)which makes it not possible to contiue forward.

in Kalrathia the stash box dissappears along with the functionality of the gate:

and the place where u incert the crystal on the fountain in Kalrathia dissapears, and so cant go forward.

I narowed it down to a few mods that make this happen
1) 6 slot mod (spellbook)
2) sword haste mod (this mod sometimes wouldnt cause problems)

I am running v 2.0, I tried v2.1 and my save would dissapear, meaning I start a game play, and save. as soon as I shut down game and then go back to play again, no saves.

The mods work in version 2.0 so if you use them in another version maybe you face problems. About the mods that give items (like sword of haste, sword of valdis etc,) when you take the items don't delete the mod because you will have problems (maybe you cannot find your character in start menu or the game sometimes stucks). I have tried most of the mods and i have faced some problems.Hope i helped.
P.S. Make often backup of your saved game.
