You must defeat the second Dungeon from Young Link's quests in order to advance. (Dodonogo's Cavern) All you have to do is follow the river from Kakariko Village to the south and the river will split into two paths. One path just leads to a pool while the other path leads to Zora's River (The Left path). Continue up Zora's River until you are at the waterfall and use Zelda's Lullaby to enter Zora's Domain.
