Damn. You guys are really bad. And for those of you who think level 40 is the end, well, sorry to bring it to you. ITS NOT.
The last level is level 50. Lemme explain, after the last level, Mr. Big goes broke and flo converts his tower into Flo's Lounge, ANOTHER restaurant. I managed to get expert on 6/9 levels. Cant manage to finish the last. Well, I just got there lol. Its REALLY hard. The whole thing fills up every single time in under 5 seconds. 6 if you're lucky. And the family babies keep whining. I'll give you a screenie:

for level 13 use only 4 tables.use all 3 of the 4 seater tables and the top left 2 seater table.seat 2 tables let 2 other groups come in and seat them.about the time 2 of the tables get done the others will be ready to order.thats how i did that level.
