How do I purify it? I throw it in the Purify Chamber with 9 MAX things, then I take it out the box and its full shadow again!

Keep it in the Purify Chamber then go to that Poke-Lab I think it's called then you go to that place with that wierd looking circle I'm sorry If I'm not making sense here, anyways then stand on it and click it then YAY Lugia is purified and have fun with it!!!
