Secret chips are from trading from the opposite version of what your playing.

i thoght you got all the standard chips then battle bass... so i gotta collect all the secret chips insted????? cause i'm 7 or 8 chips away from 200 but i'll have a hard time getting the secret chips without the other version....

actully it is all 200 standerd chips and does any one have any chips they can trade.
