Acutally its in the multiplayer
its done due to the slow motion game ( AnD LOts Of COdEs)! prepare the building just as your building any building, when placing it, AS FAST AS YOU CAN press Ctrl + c at the same time u r clicking the cameo of the building then quickly press ctrl + c again and click anywhere in the area YOU ARE CURRENTLY VIEWING ( NOT ON THE MINI MAP )!

Yes, online only, ur singleplayer is much faster and has a lower probablity of a bug, so it works only in multiplayer...
