offer 5 times a players value, but make sure you do it in monthly installments 4 12 months. once the player has signed for you, offer him a new contract, if he signs you no longer have to pay the monthly installments. i signed Adriano, Shevchenko, Buffon and lots more great players for Crystal Palace in only my third season.
