I need help! Im at the end of the game where you put those medallions on the floor and get that thin

I need help! Im at the end of the game where you put those medallions on the floor and get that thing off the picture...I have the medallions on the thing but it wont let me go to the picture! Its frustrating! Is there a certain time you have to do it? Please help someone!!!
