People are starting to know how to boot them now but heres how. Switch your comp language to german. Then make a profile (NOT ONLINE ACCOUNT) and type in ### it should look like 3 sets of 2 S's on top of each other. Then switch back to english and get on as that guy then go to multiplayer, Dont make a profile and go to the games enter one and you wont have a name. You wont appear on the boot list.
