is there a mod that will let you buy, or find, enchantable legendary items. i have been farming, and farming, and farming for an enchantable legendary spellbook and i can't find one. i am on the elite setting, so i have found plenty of enchantable legendary items, but no spellbooks. the super shops mod hasn't helped, and the magic item mod only drops rare, unique, and set items. anyone have any ideas?

Unfortunately i have not found something like that. I wish someone works on this.Try to buy enchatable books from the magic shop.Sometimes it has enchatable books,rings etc.If you are not bored travel to all villages to find them.If your are unlacky then try other difficulty levels to find the things you want.I think i help you.
