I still haven't patched my game because the first mega trainer works just fine...
The new trainer has more options but a lot of people says it doesn't work.
So in the end...is this trainer functional??

Yes it works. Like anything else, it may not work in all configurations. It's been downloaded thousands of times and so far only 2-3 complaints. If the original 1.08 trainer worked fine, no reason this one should not.
