I did it in my first try. Under the "Escort Traders"-mission early on. I just went in the temple and sacrificed one of them! Voila!

I did it on my first try too. It's easiest with mercenaries, because they take their fee every hour. Hire one. When they take their fee at midnight, sacrifice them RIGHT THEN. The guy will say something to the effect of "Your desire for evil is great. You will go far" and he will give you the bow.

OMG your all STUPID!!! just bring ONE mercinary from Twin blade;s camp the guy that says " looking for some one to watch your back ?" and " need some one with sharp teeth ? won't find none sharper then mine" HIRE HIM take him to chapel of skorm and donate him they will give you the damn bow! ... and if it dosent work then what ever it worked FIRST try ffor me
