well if you have the key then get out of the cell go to the barracks and get your equipment and then fight your way out just follow your map

the first time i didnt go to the barracks and it sucked and then i found out the next time though and then i went back to my fist file then prasto my stuff was in one chest and a guard suit! the quest was hard and the game was hard with out my stuff!

I like freeing the people in the other cells to so I can watch them beat the out of the guards.
